The minimum age limit for the tours we offer is 14 years old. A maximum age limit does not exist and the only factor is your fitness level in-order to enjoy the tour.

A helmet is also required at all times for those on our on road cycling trips. Mountain biking is a potentially dangerous activity, so helmets and cycling gloves are compulsory safety equipment for off-road cycling. We provide you with a clean helmet and pair of gloves. We would strongly recommend eye protection too. Good quality glasses (dark and clear) which will protect the eyes from the sun, and from branches, particularly when tackling single track. For those opting for our "challenging" trip, the single track can be narrow and the Mediterranean plants and trees can scratch the legs and forearms.
We highly recommend you have pre-arranged travel insurance covering for outdoor activities as you are required to undertake full responsibility concerning any unexpected accidents.
Ideal seasons for cycling are autumn and spring as the temperature remains cycle friendly all day long. During a hot summer day we start cycling earlier in the morning and enjoy cooling breaks in the sea.
The chances of meeting rain during the summer period are minimal and if so it certainly does not hinder our tour. During the off season the chances are quite higher so we recommend appropriate breathable waterproof clothing.
There will be no fee for pick up and drop off if staying in the cities of Malia, Hersonissos, Sisi, Stalis, Anisaras and Gouves. If in Heraklion or Agios Nickolaos cities there will be a fee of 30€ for pick up and drop off.
